Beware of these guys after spending close to AED 1,800 on this device it arrived on the same day I placed the order that process was smooth. After unboxing I discovered that no English instructions where enclosed so had to resort to google got the device setup and connected to wifi and my ipad then started printing. The machine was making weird sounds and only printing bulges of plastic and waste I then contacted the WhatsApp support who tried to trouble shoot he told me to stop printing as it may have been damaged in shipping. I contacted Toybox UAE next morning asking for a replacement device they came up with a whole story about calibration and shipping damage and that they will pick it up and check it and calibrate it and return it to me and maybe if needed provide me with a tool to calibrate myself. I refused the proposal and requested to rerun the item and get a refund since they are refusing to supply me with a new machine. I am now waiting for them to respond. Allow me to add they claim on there website that they have a no questions asked return policy.

Extremely bad service. Not helpful at all. You have to purchase from store otherwise they don’t offer any service.
Very doubtful if it is the original TOYBOX printer shop/representative!
