Driver from the hotel to the camp was on time and nice but the drive was bumpy and sometimes dangerous (fast and too close from the other cars)
The activities on camp are not as lenghy as it is promised (not more than 20min).
The first thing that is asked from you is to pay 100AED for a shawl that you don’t even need and additional fees are asked at any opportunity.

We used our Go City passes for this activity and are not satisfied.

This trip will state henna art which requires you to queue up whole night and will not get any art done .buffet is very bad food especially the bbq. The sand boards are broken you can hardly sand board . The only thing you can do is ride a buggy and a camel ( after 1 hour waiting) . Please be careful not to get any shawl or buy anything the driver or the staff where you are doing all these activities. They act very caring and give you a shawl and charge you 300 aed or 100 aed or 200 aed . If you refuse they force you to pay . Both the driver and these guys team up and try to get as much as money from you even after you have paid the fee . Driver will give you some emotional story and all don’t fall prey for it . Not worth the money they charge for this /- don’t go with this company

It was a wonderful trip! We had a wonderful guide named Abbas. He took care of us and was very receptive to our wishes! He stayed only with us and was always concerned to make us feel good! It was a dream vacation and a simply unforgettable day! Thank you Abbas for all your care! I will gladly return to Dubai and the first thing will be to do Safari with you again. We will recommend you to our friends from Romania, who will come to Dubai!

WOW. Best tourist event we experienced in Dubai by far. Our driver was so great, slowing down and stopping on way over for us to take photos. His driving was incredible, and a lot of fun. After about 50 minutes driving through the desert, up and down dunes, sliding in the 4x4, we ended up at the camp. Great camel ride and line was not too long. Plus, free. Having a photo with the falcon (10Eu). Then bits to eat, dinner with dancers. All very professional. We booked through the Hotel, and would recommend as I think they really put you with the best companies. Not to be missed experience.

Used them in May 22 but our trip was cancelled due to weather conditions and we are still waiting for our refund. We have sent several emails with no response.
Do not recommend.

They didnt do anything wrong, which is why they get 4 stars, however their experience was extremely touristic, and the food was not good.
The plus side was the clean roomy cars and the drivers who knew what they were doing.

Hi my name is Sanjay Gill and my wife Sonia Gill we went for Desert Safari today with Planet Tours & Safari in Dubai. Our tour guide and driver was Inam. He was just fantastic and mind blowing. We really had great time on this tour with him. Along with all the fun and laughter he was very safe driver & very informative all the way. We will love to take another tour with him on our next trip. We wish him good luck and great future. Inam thanks once again.
