Overpriced play area without having a solid loyalty programme in place, with no recognition to their regular clients.

Yes, kids are playing while properly supervised and engaged in artistic activities (for added cost) by very pleasant and accommodating members of staff but unfortunately, as a parent, I would avoid it as I don’t appreciate the “business practices” they engage.

The place is full of fun for kid. Even it is small area , but it does have a lot of toys and the kid can explore them for hours . The best thing is that they have the drop and go service with dedicated staff , this makes much easier for parents .

One of the best if not the best play areas to take your kids. I take my 5 year old and two year old and they can spend hours entertained. For a relatively small space, they have tons of great toys and always getting new ones for the kids to play with. Everything is well maintained and the staff are incredibly friendly and make it worthwhile for the kids every single time.

I have a 6.5 years old boy and a 2.5 years old girl and we all look forward to going to Playville every Saturday. Kids have fun, draw, color, create their own slime, jump on the trampoline, and much more. And the best part is that it's all supervised.

Terrible experience. Four employees and not one person watching over the children. My child accidentally drank toxic solution while under the supervision of their staff. There are hundreds better places to send your children to.
In response to Playvilles reply, it does not matter if it is a “low toxicity level” solution. It is extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate of the company to come here and claim a review as misleading when everyone knows what happened. You do not place items that are NOT meant to be drank in a water bottle. Kids do not know the difference, and due to the lack of responsibility from your staff, you put a child in the hospital. Spend your time training your staff right instead of responding to google reviews.

It’s a great place for children and their staff engage with them more than any other place in Dubai. Easy parking, lots of places for parents to enjoy food and a cup of coffee while the children are playing.
Very recommended.

Highly recommended for considering Anastasia and her team for managing birthday parties from beginning to end. They have so many ideas and are very accommodative to your requirements.

I had an excellent experience with her and had an amazing birthday party for my son????
