I have been your loyal customer for 1 year now, but seriously I think about switching to a different brand. I'm referring to POD SALT EVO PODS 20mg, item. It use to be a nice range of flavors, however, I start to face more and more faulty items which have burned sugar taste. I now buy watermelon Breeze only, the rest is not the same as before. I hope product owners will pay attention to my comment and it will help them to review their production line.

I bought a 20 mg bottle and it was really bad. Something is wrong with the liquid, it's not that I don't like it or something but something is not correct. I'm vaping for almost 5 years and I've never tried a worse liquid like yours.

Very Unprofessional staff, there was a issues with vape and contacted agent and he said he will replace it with the new and the next morning i got a call that it can’t be replaced this is not expectable????????????????
