Worst company to buy from Beaware and don't go by reviews they are all written by themselves. They sell you faulty products and if you complain or leave negative review manager will tell you why you left negative review we are not doing anything or resolving issue , double standards I am shocked its such a nice shop but awful customer service of managers not shop staff they are polite and good but managers utterly unprofessional , rude behaviour disgusting ????

WORST COMPANY TO BUY FROM.I advice everyone not to get fooled with their reviews they are fakes There are better shops with better return policy and service. they have double standards if you buy anything and it turns out to be faulty they don't change company policy once its open nothing can be done. If you don't open how will one know its faulty. MANAGERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE but shop staff is polite and helpful.
PLEASE BEAWARE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Terrible customer service, we were sold lies. My uncle entered the store looking for a rich man shisha but the lady recommended the star buzz she said it is much better and richman is an inferior good. We bought 2 shishas and were going to buy 3 more as gifts. We tried one shisha and it was the worst shisha I have tried. No smoke, no flavour and didn’t last long. The shisha was an absolute scam. When I contacted the store they said they wouldn’t take it back or give back the money they had stolen. stay away and go somewhere else if you want a good shisha do not go here and the staff make the experience even worse.

Bought a Amy deluxe carbonica from the website , it was easy , Ms Ann was so generous and helpful , about the product it's the original authentic Amy deluxe shisha and even cheaper than buying it from Germany , once again amazing customer service , amazing variety selections of items , made my day ❤️
