We went to this store to get a lovely summer jacket to beat the chillness of Dubai Mall for my kid .

Lovely Selections and the sales person is very polite and helped us in choosing the sizes and very accommodating.

Did shopping at Ralph Lauren Dubai mall in fashion avenue. The lady forgot to put the receipt in the shopping bag. I called them after I noticed at home and told the receipt was missing. So they sent a duplicate receipt through email. After a couple of days, I went to the shop and asked for the original invoice , and again they gave me a duplicate tax invoice. I called them again and asked for the original invoice to be sent through email,… but they said it is not possible to provide original invoice. Surely that should be possible to provide customer with the original invoice of the shopping. Very disappointing and poor customer service

Love polo , when I travel to dubai stop there . Amazing , in my walk in closet I always have something from Polo, I love so much so class old fashion, classic and vintage

Before, the quality was better, but now, no
I bought a T-shirt for 900 dirhams, and it was ruined after the first wear. This is a manufacturing defect with the threads used
I told them about this thing, he said we didn't do anything
Like this brand, they must have an after-sales policy, like any brand you know, it's called (Boss fendi).
It's a bad point for the company
At least they should try to fix the defect before they say we can't do anything
