I'm really disappointed when I ordered sandwhich and I eat the chicken is reheated not fresh ones. The quantity of the fries is less and the price doesn't meet the quality of the food. And bad service. Not recommended to others.

Popeye's was a one of my favorite food.I eat that to ordered online regular bases. So~Today i go there branch in discovery garden with my family and friends. But i got my decision was wrong to going there. There the mostly staff was insensate and disgusting .They give ys the bad behavior. There was a boy i think cheff/ was very stupid . He insults me and my friends and warn us don't come here again ???? . I really disappointed .
Popeye's service is not good and also tgere was no cleaning. So i promised today i will never eat popeye's. And i suggests my friends and all of you please change your program if you're going to popeye's .????❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

I recently ordered from Popeyes - Discovery Gardens, Dubai branch and I must express my disappointment with the overall experience.

The quality of the food was extremely below par. The chicken I received was excessively salty and completely inedible. It was evident that there was a lack of attention to detail and proper food preparation.

Furthermore, there were multiple issues with the order itself. My requested beverage of Mirinda was substituted with Mountain Dew without any prior notification or consultation. This substitution was not in line with my original order and left me disappointed.

Additionally, the buns I had ordered were replaced with cake, which was a surprising and unsatisfactory substitution. This deviation from my order was unexpected and did not meet my expectations.

Lastly, one of the sides I had requested, the coleslaw, was missing entirely from my order. This omission left my meal incomplete and lacking the variety I had anticipated.

Overall, my experience at Popeyes - Discovery Gardens was highly unsatisfactory. The lack of attention to detail, incorrect substitutions, and missing items are unacceptable for a renowned establishment.

I hope that Popeyes takes note of these concerns and takes immediate steps to rectify the issues. Customers deserve quality and accuracy in their orders, and I trust that improvements will be made to prevent similar disappointments in the future.

I don’t know why this particular branch has no delivery although at least a handful careem/ Deliveroo drivers use this place as a rest place. That’s my only concern about this place, otherwise Popeyes is one of those underrated places to have fast food at.
The prices are very reasonable and convenient or better said cheap. But I don’t understand why did they cancel some of the big meals like the one consistent of fish & shrimps and two sides, maybe not too many demand I guess.

I ordered a meal through delivroo. The order was missing, food was cold and the bread was eaten before! Scary experience. Avoid at all costs.

Southern fried chicken store for dine in, takeaway or delivery. For chicken-on-the-bone pieces, the meat and in particular the (very large and meaty for fried chicken fast food I've tried in Dubai) breast piece was pleasantly not dry. The meat and coating is a bit salty rather than being a nice herbs & spices flavour but otherwise it's pretty good for fried chicken. Also, if you go for the spicy option, the pieces can be a bit inconsistent with the chili spice not being uniformly applied.

Other items like the biscuit had a slightly crunchy and cheesy top. The Cajun fries are battered and dusted in Cajun spices giving a slight crunch and additional flavour. The onion rings are pretty average, being the least crispy item I tried.

Overall, a decent fried chicken offering from Popeye's.

It was a disastrous experience to go there. We ordered for the dine In food and they gave us takeaway. There is a nepali lady who forgot one of the order however she started blaming us that we didn't order for it. Customers stand in front of her and she shouts and keeps fighting with the talabat and careem guys. If you are ordering she cut the conversation and starts to fight with the delivery guys. I did not receive a receipt of the order nor she repeats and confirms the order. It's not the industry she should be in. It's a wrong hire maybe. Not gonna go back there. We had requested for dine in however we received the food as takeaway. Not a go to place. Please look into this . Thank you.

My partner wanted to find a restaurant where we could quietly enjoy our meal away from the "full of life" main street, and he found it!

As well as it being a beautiful day, the service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely gorgeous.

I'm always sceptical about trying new foods, but what we ate was delicious.

We will return when we visit again - thank you very much for your service.

Total meal valued under £80 plus x2 alcoholic drinks and a coffee.

We came here on Sunday and they were closing so we had to place order fast. And that's what we did. We placed order fast and we had the food after less than 10 minutes. Food was great. We got the pasta dishes for both and the calamari starter. We asked for a bit if parmezan and meal was served and was delicious. I do recommend this place not only for the food but also for a great service as well. Polite,fast,piping hot food. What else someone can ask for?

What a pity that there are no more stars. This place deserves all. Food is more than good, people and service are nice and excellent. The atmosphere is cosy and pleasant. I enjoyed everything.

Staple local Italian, good service, busy place. Seafood food pasta, too much sauce and 4 unopened mussels. Pollo Milanese, dry and fried too long. The spaghetti that came with it was passable. The garlic bread was very nice. Quality of food seem have dipped a bit

I have been going to this place even before I moved to Southend. The service and food are ????. The only issue I have found, even though I'm not person that likes too much salt, it was lacking it every single time, particularly in pastas. But pizzas are amazing, don't know what they do with the dough but it's AMAZING, and I'm not a bread eater????????
But unfortunately they downgraded quality of olives. Because of this and the salt, I have reduced star for food.

Booked a large table for a post Christmas do and can’t fault anything! We all cleared our plates. Food was well cooked, pizza looked mouthwatering and my fish fell apart! Will definitely return. Thanks all????

What an excellent place to spend an evening. My wife and I visited for our anniversary. It was a Thursday so admittedly it wasn't full to the rafters but we were both impressed how busy it was for a Thurs. The food was excellent and the service was amazing. Our waitress Leona, was so attentive and made sure our evening was prefect, she is an asset to the company. We enjoyed our time there and will be heading back again soon.
