1. Drive straight to the testing bays (not to the customer parking) and they will give you a token.
2. Post that you can drop the vehicle there and sit inside in the waiting area. The total inspection time is around 20 mins and once done you will get an SMS.
3. Use the link in the SMS to pay the amount (170 AED for registration renewal) to save time.
4. Once your token comes goto the counter and collect your car keys and off you go. If haven’t paid online then you can pay directly at the counter as well, but always better to pay online to save everyone’s time.

Staff is arrogant,rude and unprofessional. They will make your life very difficult for no reason. It was a big mistake to use them
Avoid by all means.

Direct just park car at testing lane.
Took token waited for 10min, paid the amount. In 2min got car keys drove back to home..
