Great meal. Enjoyed our time. Staff was very kind, we did have a small issue and they were very kind about it. Apologized many times for their mess up. Our server was very sweet. We had about 5 different people serve us. Great food!! Grilled chicken ceaser salad was fantastic!!

It was a very warm welcome at the door, the service crew lead us from the entrance to our seating table! Service was amazing, swift and fast! Attention to detail to our request as well!

With the massive menu selection, would be great if the team can initiate some recommendations on the menu especially on first visits! Hope they bring back the physical menu rather than the digital menu soon!

Food: 5/5
Though the price is on the higher side, it sits at par with the food quality and restaurant standard!

Location: 5/5
A pleasant and comfortable atmosphere without unwanted disturbances.

The service was great. They were helpful with ensuring our baby was comfortable. The food was just okay, and quite pricey for the quality and taste.

Fantastic food and service!
We stayed at the Sofitel Dubai the palm hotel where the Porthouse Steak & Grills is located and visited this restaurant regularly and all I can say is what an amazing restaurant it is! Everything from the decor, food and the staff team were amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and can’t do enough for you and the food quality is to a high standard, cooked fresh and tastes delicious.
During our stay we attended a themed lunch at the restaurant which was themed on the squid games (Netflix) and all I can say is wow! This was so much fun, they had staff dressed up in outfits from the TV series, music and also themed games for guest to play, this was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed by myself and my partner, thank you we’ve never been to a restaurant that has done themed lunches like this, we highly recommend you visit.
We want to thank all the amazing staff who were always so welcoming during our visits, Joyce and Nina were amazing, but a extra special thanks to Desi who really made a stay special (Thank you)

Am a big fan of porter house and i always go back to this place to have a nice meal with family and friends. They have this kenyan barman very lolute. Harry thank you so much for your great service. I will definately come back. The wine, the champagne, the food gosh I love everything ????????????

Fabulous brunch at Porterhouse. We did the full alcohol package. Free flowing beers wines and cocktails. Food was delicious and great amount. Loved the carving of the meat at the table and the Yorkshire puddings with gravy! Great friendly staff constantly replenishing drinks. There is also a outdoor terrace area which is perfect for this time of year. Thoroughly enjoyed this brunch we will do it again and would highly reccomend.

The most amazing brunch! Food, service, drinks all 5 stars or above if I could! The quality and quantity of the food was incredible. I loved the personal touch of dishes being carved at your table as well as personalised cocktails shaken per order. The themed brunch, DJ and game at the end was super fun and something different for brunch in dubai. For what you pay and the quality of food, drinks and service it really is outstanding. We will definitely be back and telling all our friends to try this brunch too! Thank you to the team at Porterhouse.

The steak house restaurant is amazing. Loved the dinner and the steak was juicy and tender. Loved appetizer choices too and the banana dessert it is out of the world. Diane who waited on our table was brilliant and quick. Super friendly with a big smile on her face :) loved the service. The manager Mr Joel came to our table and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. This restaurant is a gem stone hidden in this hotel.

Never turned up for multiple bookings for a wedding today. Nearly missed a wedding because nobody arrived. Very disappointed. Don't book with this company

Very quick to arrive, and driver was really knowledgeable of the area so got to my destination promptly.

However, I appreciate that it was busy but to charge DOUBLE fare is a bit ridiculous. Driver said the fair would be double and wouldn't come to more than 25 quid, closer to 20. The total was just short of £30, which might not seem like much but they shouldn't quote a maximum price to then charge 125% of that quote. And to charge double fare. I'd recommend them but not when they charge twice as much.

I was waiting a long while for a taxi. As soon as it came, a group of women who arrived at least 10/15 minutes after me rushed in front and started piling into the taxi. I said 'I was here first and I've waited for a long time'. All I got from the woman sitting in the front seat was a sarcastic 'oops sorry', which was pathetic. The driver did nothing.

I wish I told the useless driver and those classless women to go do themselves.

It is not fair to push in front of someone and it is also not fair for the driver to allow it. Awful service!

Also, I have been asked to pay for a ride before the car has even moved before. I know this is not normal and I don't know if I have been perceived as not being able to pay for a taxi service.

Excellent if slightly quaint Station where the taxi rank is one side whilst the other is the drop off point. Parking is in the multi storey building adjacent to the station. Fast trains to London and Hastings but can be subject to delays! Close to the lower town called the Pantiles but it's a climb up a steep hill to what is now the main shopping area of Tunbridge Wells!

A great place to spot white cars taking people from the train station to only knows where. When the cars come back the people have gone. It freaks me out. If you like diesel fumes then head to this location on a cold late Friday night where the white car number has increased to the opposite side of the road near Sainsbury’s. All cars will have their engines running as men watch tv shows on their phones and tablets. Even at this time people will get into these cars to be taken away and not returned.

Decent station covered waiting on both platforms, ticket office, barriers, vending. Bit awkward to change platforms as involves steps, never noticed a lift but that doesn't mean there isn't one.

Taxi rank always seem to know when the trains arrive and there are always LOADS of them. They can be quite aggressive towards other drivers especially in parking spots etc so watch out. Probably a bit more pricey than the others (calling a cab) but otherwise v convenient.
