I visited the shop to get a birthday dress for my Gigi (cat)
They do not know how to treat the animals with love and care. When trying on the clothes on her , they were so rough .Gigi was shivering because she was scared.
Walked out of the store without buying anything.

After a grooming session at precious paw oud metha my dog got a skin infection i guess because there was another dog also there at the same time so same trimmer n scissors were used without being sanitised the shower area was not cleaned before taking in my dog right after the previous one i complained to the staff n told them i would like to speak to the owner but the owner dint call very disappointed n sad to see my dog suffer
Actually when they took in my dog i did tell them shouldnt u finish the one then take another one i was told dont worry we will take good care and put him
Doctor says its from dirty water shampoo or something very unclean touched him

I highly recommend precious paws pet spa! My Princess spends a lot of time with them and she loves it... staff are very professional and loving towards pets. Lori and Chris are very good with dogs, I can see that they handle them with care and love. Best pet spa and day care in Dubai.

This The Best Place were one can find each and every small thing for your pets and best thing one can easily get crate for your pets approved by IATA.....

Extremely disappointed as this is the second time, my shitzu pup was badly hurt with the heat from the blower in his private area that its been almost a week and he is still crying with the pain of the burn. I sent emails to the owner but absolutely no response. the Vet too was astonished the way the groomers have hurt the poor pet. this is the second time this has happened as they have changed their groomers.
really disappointed with no response nor concern from precious paws

Your team are 100% professional in dog grooming. Excellent selection of dog items. The staff have good knowledge and very friendly.. my dog loves the place. I recommend every dog owner to go there.

We had a groomimg session for our gsd puppy.. the groomers were horrible.. very rough with him.. my puppy cries when he gets wet.. so they kept poking him to make him quiet.. doing their job very mechanically.. no interaction with the dog to calm him.. just getting the job done.. not dried him properly.. the other place we take our puppy to, he is treated so well and talked to and they try to calm him coz he cries... here the groomers cldnt be bothered to be nice to ny puppy.. never will i take ny puppy here for grooming again.. NOT RECOMMENDED
