hello, do you know when the prime residency 3 project will be completed please? On my contract it says June or September 30, 2023 but there will be a little delay I think? Would you be able to tell me which month is the expected delivery of the keys please? because I have to organize myself in order to ask for a vacation and take my ticket for the delivery of the keys, Thank you!

We bought an apartment from this developer (Prime Residence - by the way, very nice project) last year, we have been customers for over a year, but the service is not very good. They don't answer emails, they ignore you, they don't care when you're not happy or have any problem. We didn't have a good experience with one of the brokers who later spoke to us in a rather rude manner, we passed our comments on to Prescott but they absolutely don't care. No answer, nothing. I cannot imagine similar treatment of customers and similar ignorance in Europe. It would be simply impossible.
P. S. Nadiah doesnt answer neither... We contact ed her many times.

The way this company and its subcontractors do construction in Arjan,Dubai is EXTREMELY annoying. Arjan is a heavily residential area, and the construction works are carrying out throughout 24/7 till late nights, without any regards to the surrounding residences. Creating a huge environmental hazard to the surrounding residences. Roads are getting blocked specialy on weekends since they bring out heavy construction vehicles. Not sure how they receive permits to carry out work such a manner.

READ THIS CAREFULLY: They mislead me about the booking fee for the unit and said that I could get a mortgage. When the bank didn’t approve they kept my booking fee. It’s a big amount of money for me and they’ve basically stolen it. Total scammers and amateur people. Ignored my emails and phone calls. Saying I cannot have the refund back even though it does not state anywhere that booking fees are non refundable.
I’d strongly suggest anyone looking to purchase a unit through them to be cautious and not give any money to them at all.
The DED have been informed and a formal complaint has been put forward. Consumer rights have been informed as well. Soon the YouTube video with the call recordings and all emails will be published so everyone can see how these people steal money.
