Very Polite staff on tills and efficient.
Don't like self service tills!! Personally don't feel its progress, the customer already does a lot of the work themselves!!

Shopped here since it opened but had enough.
Sick and tired of being pestered by foreign beggars for change, while getting a trolley, entering the store, coming out and putting the trolley back! It's harassment! Same at the other local stores - which I only tried because of Kew's problem.
Store is ok but the staff are ignorant - use their head comms all the time for personal chats while ignoring customers.
New addition of the card self service checkouts - not good. The Lovely OAP's, are pushed into using them and when they fail to enter their PIN's correctly are told to leave, contact their bank to get the card re-activated - and - then get accosted on the way out by a beggar...
Really gone down hill while the prices are going up and up...

Variety of brands available, fresh fruit, vegetables, high quality and at competetive price. The prices are set to be low, and the supermarket is easily accessible from the town centre, by bus, car and bike. Plenty of free parking is available while we shop in.

Shame there's not a Minus review. Been going in years on and off. Worst aldi in the country. Place never cleaned. Always busy. Only had 2 checkouts open last time heaving with people. Deceiving prices says one price scans though till more expensive. You go back check the label and they put prices further down so it looks like item is one price and its another. Especially on milk. Manager very rude and unhelpful. No fast checkout. No self service. No basket checkout.

Got loads of reductions for future gifts. I appreciate that Aldi genuinely reduce articles drastically unlike others who just knock a token amount off.

Prices are so good. Choice compared to a few years ago is a lot better. Add delivery and I would be a customer for life
