Long opening hours, including Sunday. Basic counter, and not much space, but it is the main parcel depot for Epsom. Quick counter service.

When the price of a 1st class stamp is £1.10 you at least expect a 1st class delivery. posted Mothers day cards on the 16th and never arrived until the 21st. 4 working days for a 1st class price. Still prioritising parcels Royal Mail?? A joke of a delivery office. Shocking.

Opening hours are unsuitable to anyone who works. Most of the days closing 12 or 4pm. Maybe change it to be open Saturday all day then. Also some post workers leaving parcels by the door, some taking them back to the office (and no, no signature was needed). Let customers to nominate where to leave parcels and be done with it.

Horrible opening times, closed most of the time. No parking at all and only one staff member working.
There are three different set of opening times, impossible to know which one is the true opening time

I got there at 16 h post office closed. It’s supposed to be open between 16-20 h. I’ve wasted my time as the site online does not mention that it’s open only until 14h. Ridiculous!!!!

Friendly and efficient staff. Just had to immediately edit my review saying check the website for opening times as it seems they both say different things! Guess we should rely on what's listed outside the building as the people updating that are closer to all the worker's schedules.

Friendly staff and they take amazon returns and print labels for the amazon returns.
Not really any parking :(

Website opening hours are wrong, it says it's open till 8pm on a Thursday, got down there to find it only opens 8-10 am. How are you supposed to get a signed for item if you work?
