Food is national security. Food is economy. It is employment, energy, history. Food is everything.

My recent visit Projectchaiwala at Alserkal Avenue, for evening snacks left me numb after having a scrumptious, mouthwatering SMASHMOSA & EGG WRAP with ZAFFARANI TEA.

visited the chaiwallah with big expectation.. but quality of tea is as good as any normal cafeteria ..first of all its not fresh tea as they make somewhere so you don't get fresh tea taste which i was expecting . quality is quite ordinary and prices are too high.

Amazing experience at Project Chaiwala at Alserkal avenue. Food is so good and the ambience is topnotch. The matcha softie is so delicious. Such a cozy space and hidden treasure in dubai. U even have the option to watch cinema inside. Special thanks to the staff especially to Sharkan who even provided us free taste of the amazing signature chai softie. Came back twice in a day! Will definitely keep returning ????

Absolutely love this restaurant pop-up inside of Cinema Kahil. Amazing food and great staff. Highly recommend the Desi Smashmosa - It was unlike anything I've ever had before, so delicious!

Me and my wife had masala chai there at Cinema Akil yesterday around 8 pm. And had food poisoning. We both are feeling sick today morning. Tea felt not so fresh or good yesterday but we didn't want to complain and hope it goes well. But now it feels bad. Please make sure the food you give to customers are fresh and healthy.

I finally decided to visit Project Chaiwala and honestly I didn't find anything worth the hype about it. Their staff is really polite and sweet. Their wall is full of old movie posters giving it Bollywood theme. The ambience is beautiful and Instagramable'. The only thing I liked there was the interiors.

I had their Masala Chai, and Vada pav. The Chai was okay okay but Vada Pav was a big disappointment for me.

I don't think I would want to visit this place again.

Great place for a no-hassle, quick wholesome, crunchy paratha-rolled breakfast with piping-hot Masala Chai (there's more on the menu)!

Especially early morning on a Sunday, when the rest of the restaurant-world is still opening up.

Location is not very visible, since the eat-out is tucked inside a busy building in Media city (go for home delivery).

But the breakfast is certainly worth it!

I’m not a chai lover but I loved the concept of this cafe. The vibe of the place is what I got attracted to. The place was very cozy. They’ve option to watch cinema inside.They even have outside seating area (only if the weather is pleasant)

We tried the Masala , Karak & signature chai. The muffin and carrot cake was ok.They have snacks that you can enjoy with chai.
It’s a good place to hangout with friends.

Prices are reasonable.
The experience was great but food wasn’t.
