Undoubtedly, one of the best tea spots in town. The staff is so cooperative n courteous they can even give you a little sample before buying for the first time

Their signature Chai with topping of chocolate is something out of this world.
It's amazing to see so many variations

If you are a chai lover and you are tired of having usual chai at home of those regular cafe’s then you must drop everything and head over to @projectchaiwala

These guys are doing fabulous job when it comes to making tea absolutely wonderful.
No wonder why these guys have such amazing rating on all the delivery platforms across Dubai.

We are crazy chai lovers; my wife is even crazier than me when it comes to Chai. You wake her up in the middle of the night and give her a Chai she will have it.

Well let’s talk about the experience. We were asked to taste chai in small glasses first to choose from which chai we’d prefer having. We tasted Karak, Masala and PCW signature chai. All these three chais live up the expectations. Infact Signature chai has a secret recipe to it and it can be quite addictive chai of all. We also tried Peach Iced Tea which was again quite impressive considering the balance of peach and tea flavor.

Besides chai, they also have some amazing lip-smacking snacks which we all chai lovers want with chai.

So here’s what we tasted:
• Nutella wrap
• Fresh Cream Wrap
• Chilli Cheese Toast
• Spicy Chana Paratha
• Vada Pav
• Smashmosa : The Desi and The Medi (Its basically samosa smashed chaat with desi twist and medi is which Arabic twist).
• Carrot Cake

These guys are doing a fabulous job and they deserve a pat on the back for making such a brand and doing everything right and so perfect.

We 100% recommend @projectchaiwala and we’d encourage you to order they chai from home or your offices too.

If you are a tea lover, then @projectchaiwala is a must visit place for you.

We had visited their @ibnbattutamall Branch. You can find Mr. Kareem very entertaining "???????????????????????????? ???????????????? ???????????????? ????????????????" and presenting you one of the best tea in the town.

They offers varieties of tea including Karak, Masala, Signature, Nitro, Frappe and Herbal Organic.

To compliment amazing Chai, they also serves Samosa chaat, different types of wraps and parathas.

We had tried;

First time to visit here and YOU have to go! It’s the cute little spot in Ibn Batutta Mall with amazing food. We had
▪️Buttermilk Grilled Chicken
▪️Nutella Toast
▪️Chicken Harissa Wrap
▪️Smashmosa
▪️Homemade Lemon Iced tea
▪️Hibiscus Iced Tea
and tried their PCW best signature CHAI love it so much. The buttermilk grilled chicken toast and smashmosa is sooo good must haves.
The service we received from Jerisa and Louie was so amazing and we will definitely be back again.

Project Chaiwala has got to be one of the most creative, nostalgic, and wholesome tea cafés in Dubai. Everything they offer, right from the experience of hearing the staff chant out “chai chai” in the typical Indian manner to childhood friendly dishes like cream toast as well as fusion items like smashed Samosa, everything gets you wanting to keep going back to their outlets.
I recently visited their newly opened branch at Ibn Batuta mall and tried out some of their signatures including the karak and masala chai, mutton kebab wrap which is also available in a paratha if you like and the desi smashmosa as they like to call it.
My favorite however, has to be the cream toast, which although a little guilt-laden, brought back so many memories of my childhood with its rich, creamy and decadent taste. I recommend dusting it with some sugar and having it as a side with your favorite chai.

Looks cool but Tea is ok not that great.
Prices bit high could not been lower.
But yes Karak at decent place in Ibn Battuta can be bit higher priced.

Project Chaiwala is a cozy restaurant nestled in Ibn Battuta with delicious aromas wafting out of it! You can sniff the different brews of tea and toasty fragrances even as you pass by and you’re forced to stop, drop and sit and eat ???? We recently visited the restaurant and had a diversity of street food (sort of) and teas that are ethically and painstakingly sourced from Darjeeling and abroad too.

Here’s what we’ve had:

- [ ] Spicy feta
- [ ] Buttermilk grilled chicken
- [ ] Chaiwala butter chicken
- [ ] The desi Smashmosa
- [ ] Chicken Mayo
- [ ] Matcha latte cold
- [ ] Signature frappe
- [ ] Chai muffin
- [ ] Nutella Peanut Butter Toast
- [ ] chocolate chip cookie

It was a lovely selection of wraps, sandwiches, CHAAT and drinks. The spicy feta was an absolute treat as were the butter chicken and Mayo chicken roasts. We ended the decadent meal with a chai flavored muffin (very unique), choc chip cookie and a Nutella peanut butter toast. Both delicious!

Drop by this place in Egypt section of the IBN Battuta mall. Tried their masala chai without milk and it tasted very good. Orange chocolate loaf and carrot cheese loaf was very good.. tried the samosa chat.. it was good the spicy sauces was excellent.. FCC
