So I thought I dislikes mochi till I tasted it here, Delicious!! The sesame and coconut mochi were yummm, food was good too.
Would definitely visit again

5 star review for Pronto Cafe.
The food quality is great as it is healthy and delicious.
Not to mention, also the food presentation is nice.
Special mention to the staffs -- Ms. Mylie, Bishwash, and Ajay for giving a very friendly approach and quality service. Keep it up, Pronto!

I can't say enough good things about this cozy cafe in The Fairmont Hotel. I have been coming here for years and it truly is my second home. The impeccable service and high quality products make the customer want to come back again and again. The staff are all fantastic, friendly and engaging, especially Bishwas and Rijju who under the excellent supervision of Mylie offer a five star service to everyone. The coffee is great and the atmosphere even better!

I visit Pronto most days for my lunch as I work in the Fairmount offices, I am impressed with the qualify of the food and the selections on offer, more importantly the level of customer service here is exceptional.

I would also like to make a well deserved special mention to Albert, a charming mannered waiter at the restaurant, Albert goes above and beyond for myself and other guests and has a real passion for making people feel happy. Thank you all at pronto, for you service and the 20% guest discount.

Decent place for breakfast, especially if you want space to get work done. There is a mix of food options, ranking from the healthy (eggs with sautéed spinach) to the other end of the scale (croissants with cheese). The servers are very attentive.

Had lunch here, the food is generally really good and the service to match. But when I got the bill it changed everything. How is it even possible to charge 7USD (26aed) for a can of Pepsi. Its daylight robbery! They even bring you the can. Ridiculous and I will never return again.
