Customer service is very poor especially in the billing area he dont know how to fold the item before put in the paper bag, i am very disappointed. I will not buy in dcc branch again. I’d rather buy in dubai mall branch.

It has an excellent rate apparel to me cuz i have their item used and till now the quality and price are not much differ but the durability is the important and the design are all fashionable

The billing counter person is very rude and this spoil the Spanish brand. Better to keep well mannered people

Dated 16th/03/2021 i came in this store hoping to find a reversible belt or a wallet as a gift for my friend. However, i arrived in the store the sales associate arranging some items, i knew she saw me coming in. I felt like i was rejected by this sales assistant pretending not to see me (i guess) then i asked her what im looking for she just me to it's on that side in the front. Then nobody assist me i'm the one checking each and every belt and wallet. The shelves was so dusty and dirty. Then the assistant approching to the store room then i asked her again on what i'm looking for she just said "WE DON'T HAVE IT". I'm not even done on the item that im looking for. ((She should give me other option atleast)) But i can say the customer service on this store was very very poor. I don't feel the presence of the staff. I am very disappointed. I will never come back on this store again.

The apparel collection is very trendy, but the quality for the price of the products is no good, bought a heavy hoodie from here as it felt good but it left lint all over my shirt, the logo ripped off after 1 wash, and threads and stitching started to come loose... Wouldn't recommend it

Worst pull and bear outlet we have ever visited!!! My fiancé had bought a pair of shoes and shoes started leaving stitches within a day and when we went back to get it exchanged they did agree to exchange it but their service is too slow!! They do not have enough staff to take care of their customers, it took almost an hour for them to get us the correct size of shoes!!! I will never visit this outlet ever again!!!

I bought 1 jogging pants is not good left is long and wide and the right is short not wide and pocket is sticth why do u sell like this they don't have a control item before you sale. I cannt return becoz is lockdown waste my money
