Disgusting service, or rather it simply does not exist. I did not train as a sales assistant to make payments for myself, remove magnets from clothes, and so on. The maximum expression of savings. I decided to return the money and not serve myself, the Hassan employee spoke very rudely, asked me several times and clarified if I had stolen anything and if I had their clothes in my bag. What are these questions anyway? Worst experience at Dubai mall. I will definitely tell everyone not to go there.

Horrible staff with a very complacent mindset stemming from the manager to the assistant manager to the entire crew. Except the guy with the long hair was nice, everyone else is just talking amongst themselves and act like we are seeking a favor by asking anything.

I want share my my experienced in Pull&Bear 1st floor Dubai mall., Today May 17 around 4:10 pm. Im cellebrating my Birthday and i decided to buy some clothes and choose ur shop. But i felt so bad dismayed of one employee. Im actually wearing a jeans and mint shirt . So i was browsing that time and suddenly 1 staff just go in front of me while im browsing the clothea that probably nice for me. But this staff just pop up in front of me and try to fix which the particular shirt that im still touching. Without out even say hi, hello even asking what do i need. I feel terrible that time cause i feel that he dont want me to touch anyting. So i decided to control my self and leave the place

Compare to Deira City Center staff customer service are better than Dubai mall. Very bad experience.

Horible experience at cash counter! Rude staff who have attitude and don't want to help. They sent you to self-service counter without any explanation! Disappointing!
