For example, when looking for Brussel sprouts, an employee responsible for replenishing products in the frozen section didn't know of the product and where the vegetable was located, leading to a frustrating experience.
Another issue was the lack of attention to detail from helpers at the cash counter. For instance, when purchasing dairy and cheese Items in a thermal bag, the helper cancelled instructions for chilled items and started putting bread and spices in the bag, defeating the purpose of the thermal bag.
