The building has undergone a significant improvement and upgrade and boasts a stunning roof top pool with Jacuzzi and a brand new Gym.

It is walking distance to the park and new Circle Shopping Mall.

The service charges are extremely competitive and building is now extremely well maintained as evident by renewals in tenancy contracts.

Bad infrastructure, bad maintenance, walls are cracking already in 3 months of staying, ceiling leaks, there's always water maintenance, alarm goes off many times, neighbors slamming doors instead of closing it properly like a normal person, and a 2 bdr flat for 70k? Please research more before moving.

Update: 2023 comes around, never had this issue before BUT 1 kid male tried to open our door and knocking very loud and saying things in arabic language. A couple of months passed by, there's 1 again female and also a muslim she was talking while REALLY trying to open the door and the same thing loud knocking and saying things in their language. What is the security doing?! I HAVE VIDEO PROOF.

Worst experience like anything, never faced 15 years of life in UAE, full of leakage in wash room area inform them 2 months they are not at all bothered at last I left the building a took another room. I was running here and there shifting the family to hotel one week they stayed lots of circus.
My dear friends please go and search some other buildings live without tension. Why we are coming to home for rest only early morning going for work and coming in the night for some rest in pulse you will always wake up bocoz were ever you go water will fall on your head ????????????, Especially second floor 215.Govinda gone they can leave with waste water leakage.

Pocket friendly, ample parking space with close proximity to huge green park (just in the front) and Circle Mall.

Have loads of options for restaurants nearby and 24x7 security and maintainance team.

Stayed here for 1 year during a work posting. Walking distance to circle mall which had everything I needed and close to hessa Street entrance and exit. Didn't have any major issues whilst staying.
