It's a beautiful apartment residency.
I visited one-bed apartment, which was very spacious . It had a huge lounge with a kitchen, big size bedroom, wardrobe and a modern washroom. The apartments have a cozy ambience , a beautiful swimming pool and gym. Proper security.

Nice and clean building. Large studios. Building has pool, squash court, gym and sauna. Close the Circle Mall and restaurants.

The apartments are large and spacious one bedroom is with the size of two bedrooms in others areas

The experience was very, very bad. The smoke alarm went off many times a day. It was very harsh. Cockroaches are abundant. The gas often goes off. It's very poorly managed. The apartment looks nice on the outside, but it's a mess.-----Oct.16，2022

I am a current tenant. Pathetic experince. It's been 2 months we have moved and till today we are finding faults in the apartment. Been complaining about washroom leakage isues but no response from the management. They keep delaying. You literally will get frustrated following up with the repair team. We got the apartment through Peace homes (agent). We have been following up with peace homes too which absolutely indifferent to our probpems. Swimmimg pool is in a very bad condition. Our washroom ceiling has leakage, our toilet seats jave leakage and the management has not fixed since 2 months. A very pathetic experince overall

Apartments are very big and spacious, building has a cockroach problem. Pool is nice, gym is very small with barely any functional equipments.
