I bought a 45 gram weight chain from them. I shopped at 9 different gold shops. All of the stores, including Pure Gold, respected me and they were all very kind. Not a single bad experience in any of the gold shops.
Sometimes, I think , customers complain unnecessarily because they don’t show respect or any gratitude toward the workers.

Recently shopped chain and bangle here with 0 making charges.
Staff (Ashish) who attended us was very kind and professional.
Unlike other shops who genuinely show the items to customers only when you are there to buy surely, this guy showed us whole heartedly the first time when we visited to just see. Next time we went to purchase because of his humble service.
Honestly not much of a collection here and there are a couple of designs you can see which has 0 making charges. But overall it's good with respect to the service we got.
Again, if it was not for that service, we wouldn't have purchased here.

I don’t know why the government is allowing such showrooms to showcase themselves… it’s really shameful to take guests to this showroom and these are goons on showrooms.
No courtesy, no respect and customer service has to be taught.

Request the authorities to take action against these snitchers who even hide their names wen asked.

Dears, very worst customer service and the shop is not trust worthy for customers... I bought it hand chain from pure gold jewellers (gold Souq building) it very bad quality... It is broken with in 13 days, I claimed with them with invoice but they didn't accept any refund or exchange... Totally very bad experience...
