I bought a gold chain worth 4900 dirhams from this shop. Its original weight was 20 grams according to the market. But the seller cheated me and gave me a gold chain of 10 grams.When I again went to the seller again to sell the chain, he went back on all his words and made an excuse that I sold it not by weight but by design. I told him how are you? You can sell 10 grams of gold against 20 grams of gold. This is a big fraud.

Worst customer service. I had to return the earrings that I bought my wife because it was damaged. Quality is not good because only after one wear, this happens. And then the Filipina lady should be out of job because she has zero customer service skills. You don't talk and welcome customers that way. I don't recommend this place at all.

This comment is not reggarding about your shop , about your lady staff who shouted on one staff in bubble tea , we are sitting will she order her tea , im shock what she do to the cashier ? we are same nationality but she is was very rude to the cashier ? for what reason ? i heard from the start how the cashier talk to her ? is she throw the money ? is she know the knowledge of customer service ? im just feel bad , for what she do

It’s a small place has less collections. But when you want to buy on urgent basis you can at affordable price. 22k collections are very very less. Only diamonds and 18k are there. Nashra the sales women was kind enough to help to find something fits our budget. Only draw back is all the jewels are fixed price. All the individual jewel prices are fixed. Per gram calculation is not available on that showroom. In that case the prices are higher than the shops outside the mall. Suggest to buy diamonds which has 80%resale values on their outlets.

Have a lot of place for public parking. Parking is free and have toilets. Have cafe and later on big Garden where you can enjoy walk, waterfalls, different styles of trees and plants. Need to pay £15 to enter Garden but I think it's really worth it. Views from there is amazing! Definitely recommend!

Marked low due to the attitude of one over efficious parking bloke. Difficult to find a parking slot for a motorcycle on sloping earth/gravel. Asked for advice and openly laughed at and told to go and find somewhere. Fortunately, a chap came out of his office and took us to a suitable slot.
Not what anyone wants to experience.

Beautiful gardens with an interesting and varied display of flowers, shrubs and trees all set in lovely diverse surroundings. The paths are good with various gradients. Very enjoyable.

Good well layed out carpark. It's on a steep slope so can be hard to walk back to the car. There is disabled parking which is easier to access. Carpark is free with toilets very close by

The car park is free to use but it's on quite a steep slope so can be tricky to negotiate. It's also only really useful if you're planning on visiting Bodnant Gardens or one of the adjacent shops.
