I wouldn't register for any events organised by this company. They took money in November for a race in March, it was cancelled the day before and a month later I'm still waiting for my refund. I have sent numerous emails and called several times, they promise to look into it and get back to me but never do. On reading other reviews about them I'm not the only one who has had this experience. I have reported them to my credit card company, I would advise avoiding them.

Worst company ever!

I paid for insurance for my triathlon ticket as I have an injury/illness. There is on way to reach them ultimately to cancel my ticket and get reimbursed. I've been sending emails for weeks with no reply despite that it says they reply within 24-48hrs.

Useless... lost 460dhs

Participated in the Dubai Canal Run today and I’m not impressed by Race ME who was organizing the event. The queue to the registration was incredible! The 5k run was delayed and started 45 min later. No fun when you have been there well ahead of time!

Having organising my favourite Athletics field, I must say keep it up!specially in uae, running is not a hobby for most of the resident and event like this will encourage the people to practice sport and leave health life

This company has took my money for an event that never took place and has not reimbursed me or returned my calls/emails.

I never received any notification that the Roy Nasr triathlon was cancelled (they say postponed but did not provide a date and I will not be taking part after this experience) even after I called and emailed several times. They sent me one email a week after the date just to tell me that "the event never took place last weekend" (DUH!) then never replied to any of my calls and emails after I asked for reimbursement. This is THEFT.

Do not trust this company. I will be escalating this with local lawyers.

As a tourist I am really disappointed and not worth for money at all and a worst management ever seen. Not started on time and just for name sake conducted warmup exercises which was not up to the mark. Second thing as humidity is high in Dubai, either people are using it or not but they should keep a water point for at least every one or two KM. I could see only 4 water stations and at only one station they had a proper energy drink and Bananas. Ideally it should suppose to be at all water stations. Third main thing after charging 215AED for just 10km event and could not provide refreshment or Breakfast kit ? I could have attended 5-6 better marathons in India like country on this same money. Instead of feeling a good experience as a tourist, I am taking away a bad experience from Dubai as a marathoner. Really disappointed by wasting my hard earned money.

Amateurs! I tried their Giant Duathlon today (Saturday 5th of November) and they were very unorganized. The marshals were clueless. At most of the turns the racer finds him/herself lost due to lack of guidance. Some fellow athletes were even taking shortcuts and no penalties whatsoever!!! Also, drafting is allowed in RaceMe Duathlons?! For real!!!

Thoroughly disappointed with the experience. I registered for the Canal Run this weekend. I get an email at 2 pm saying I have to pick up the race bags at 4 pm in Deira. We can't do this on race day for some reaskn. I try calling them but there is no one at office.

I try emailing them and I received a canned response saying they will take 48 hours to respond.

Such little ownership on the organisers part to ensure this is a pleasant and seamless experience for paying customers!

The site cleary shows a lot of people havent picked their bags. I'm sure for similar reasons.
