I gifted my gf with a cute puppy and eventually became our baby.
Thanks to SkyPaws for that very healthy puppy. I only buy the supplies from SkyPaws as I don't trust other.
Thanks to the staffs as they catered us well during our previous visits especially the pet groomer.

My husband and I decided to buy a cat and based on this store good reviews we decided to buy from it. We could not decide between two kittens so we got them both. The sales person was friendly and gave us good discount on this cute British Short hair and a Bengal cat. Also we got some goodies and we left the store very happy and that was on Saturday 16th November. I would give them 4 stars for it. On Sunday 17th, the British short hair (named him Mori) had a lil sneezing and cold which is very normal for kittens. Also it was vaccinated so we were not worried at all. It ‘was’ very active and playing with the other kitten (named him Max) no signs of any serious issue. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday he had loose motions and was not eating well but again no vomiting nor any other serious issues. Just in a blink of an eye Mori passed away peacefully while sleeping on Thursday 21st of November. It was devastating for my husband and for Max. We took the body to the vet to check what could be the issue. The vet told us that Mori had the virus in his system but the incubation takes between 4-6 days then symptoms would occur. So when we bought the kitten on 16 Nov he was already having the virus which name is Feline panleukopenia. And it is contagious. Even if the kitten is vaccinated, the virus was in the system or was transferred from another pets in the shop. I am not trying to accuse the store of anything but this is a heart breaking experience when u get attached to a little soul that just passes away in-front of you. I spoke to the manager about it and all i got is a sad face emoji. Is that sad face emoji will heal our shock? Selling us a kitten carrying a virus, making us loving it and then a sad emoji. Goodbye Mori.

Customer care was shocking and was sold a dog that was deaf and told it was my fault as the puppy was not deaf when he was sold to me. They were not willing to help or anything! Quick enough to take my money. Also the puppy was infested with ringworm
