This in my opinion is the poorest customer service provided by any bank. I had the unfortunate situation of having the company I work for be bought by another company ( both government of Dubai companies) and I had the great audacity to update my documents. My card was blocked. I visited the bank during my office hours and was asked to furnish a few documents. When I did I was asked to provide 3 months bank statement from the bank which gets my salary. Did that. Then still no news for a week . Then I had the gall to call them to be told by Alisha Sayed that my documents are under review and will be attended to. Then I am informed that it is their recommendation that my credit limit be reduced and my card would be unblocked if I agree to the new limit. I receive an obnoxious message a few days later informing me that as per my request to lower my credit limit they have agreed to unblock my card. Message received on 2 May.
Your Combined Credit limit has been revised as per your request. The limit will be available for use by tomorrow. Call 042130000 to know your approved limit. On 12 May I called Ms Sayed Alisha who is very professional in talks alone that she had just received the approval and will be releasing it . Now I wish to cancel this exclusive card and have been informed that it will take a minimum of 45 days. Thank you so much for your unwavering service and support. ????

I have a humble suggestion to the bank, a person using an ATM counter should be only allowed to make 2 or 3 transactions or spend a max of 2-4 minutes. Now how to restrict this is simple, the person has to insert his Emirates ID before every transaction, so in that case you can at least track if the same person is at the same machine, making countless transactions. Why I am requesting this is because I have been to this branch a number of times and I have witnessed verbal fights happening most of the time, because a person is using one machine for like 10-15 mins, when asked the security to intervene, he was saying that the person using the machine has to complete his transactions. Long ques and people are frustrated because the ones using the machine don't have the manners to just complete 2-3 transactions and move aside for the next person.

They made a credit card on my name and I had no idea until I found out I owe them more than 3000 AED, and they don’t even bother to help me, please be careful with this bank

Taken 3 tokens to pay one charge which the bank has goofed up with this is the worst bank in da full world never bank with this 3 rd class bank the entire bank has 2 counters open waiting time unlimited

I never had such bad service in my all years working with several banks world wide, only with rakbank, worst coustmer service, never replied on mails and phones, i dont recommend any one to open bank account in rakbank, (BARHAT MURU) was our Bussines supporter which he never ever support and answer calls and give any reply, closing all accounts and never open there again. Mistakes never happen twice

10 teller counter.
Only 1 is working.
Waiting customers 0.
Still have to wait for 1 hour.

Never come again to this branch for teller services.

Umm Hurair Branch, Token numbers are not calling in-order. Random token numbers only called out. Even I have 0 waiting customers, awaiting from 1 hour to get into counter. At this digital era waiting such longtime very disappointing.

Cheque withdrawal EID given cheque was under my name same and exact 3 signature of directors were there stilll it makes pending amd wasted a lot of time .. After verification so it better to get cAsh cheque rather then under you own name ... How foolish
