i was about to become their regular customer, it was just 3rd day i bought 3 perfumes each consecutive day, because i love to have lot of perfumes, just today i bought perfumes i checked and that perfume gave me headache which means i can’t use that, it’s useless, i ask to exchange not to refund they straight away rejected, I’ve been in UAE from last 9 years and been to many perfume shop i’ve seen such policies that you can’t exchange I’ve problem with some specific notes it’s not like i do always the same, they should understand customer need and problem,
totally disappointed

Rasasi is in market since 1979 . They are basically famous for Arabic perfumes , Oud , bakhoor , Ittar .
Even though they have a good range of French fragrances .

They have a wide range of Oud , some of them are 20 years old . All the Arabic perfumes and Oud are oil based . Each and every perfume and oud bottle is well designed in unique way . They are best for gifting . Some of them are marvellous.

Few days back I got a chance to visit their Festival city branch . Got to know different variations of fragrances. Got to experience such an amazing Oud collection .

I have tried many fragrance all of them were unique and extraordinary. They last more than 12 hrs .

Big selection of Arabic and French perfumes of their own brand. Very well known and ling established perfumery house in the Middle East.
