I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Mohamed Farag at Du Dubai Festival Branch when I was having trouble with my SIM card. He was incredibly patient and helpful, and he went above and beyond to resolve my issue.

I explained to him that my SIM card was not working, and he immediately took the time to understand my problem. He asked me a few questions to get a better understanding of the issue, and then he offered me several solutions.

Mr Farag was also very friendly and helpful. He made me feel like I was his top priority, and he was always willing to go the extra mile to help me.

I am very grateful for Mr Farag's help, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent customer service. He is a true asset to Du, and I am glad that I had the opportunity to deal with him.

Friendly staff. Good service. Mr.John I think he is the Manager who treats the customer as Family. There is team work Also customer friendly service person. I strongly recommend Festival city DU business center. I had a very bad experience from Mirdif city centre but really he change my mind and I appreciate him and his colleague Maria's support

Waiting 30 mins. 2 staff at counter, 1 staff standing playing with her phone when they can clearly see people are sitting and waiting for a long time. In a busy establishment staff should NEVER be standing around when customers are waiting with frustration. Each customers needs 10-15 mins. I don’t understand what takes so long. My ticket 30 mins ago said 5 people ahead of me and still 2 ahead of me now. It means one hour waiting ???? such a waste of a whole morning

No care about client

I had a complaint and a ticket number, iwas told that within 24 hours i will receive a call and what happen was ticket was tag resolve without any communication at all.

So instead of calling I decided to visit a branch
The cs on the counter can’t give any answer but just reopens the ticket and same script “ someone will call within 24 hours.” Christ sake” i took my time to visit a branch to speak to human instead “ we reopen the ticket “ you can call the call centre to follow up”

If you fail to adress client on first complain the second one should have urgency.

I think over all du is great and successful company.
But the people who spoke to me as of now was not professional at all. Thats brand damaging for me.

Thanks for your service and accomplishment miss maimuna Hussein du employee in festival city I tried different ways to solve my issues by emails and telephone but miss maimuna did it alone and follow up untill it's solved really I hope du recognize your amazing work thanks again

I have been to many several brand branches of du carrier but honestly speaking from experience and a regular customer I couldn’t talk much Moreno on Thisbe branch especially from the hospitality and amazing customer service and I would like to thank the kind and amazing service from John Martin such an amazing and kind guy. Would for sure stay dealing with this amazing branch thank you for all the work.

I never had Du and for the first time i visited Du ( Festival City ) to ask for their home plans, i did not liked any plan and as soon as i left their branch as of now ( less than 24 hours ) 8 persons called me from 8 different private mobile numbers and asking me if i need Du ?

This is Unbleivable how they share my private number to the other company and sub contractors!!

its shame, your privacy is 0 in this branch.

Im so happy now that i never used Du services.

Worst service ever! No wifi since one week and they said someone will call me in 24 hrs and never happened. They are completely lost with everyone saying something else. The staff are not trained and if you try to reach their call center good luck trying to reach a person as there is no
option. Hence it’s the time to close it be account and move to another provider.
