I’ve been a regular customer of rasasi as someone who loves perfumes, would buy from them regularly but just today I had the worst experience and from now I will never buy from them the manager at Deira city center at rassasi is extremely rude Ive seen him fight with other clients as well even last time I came there but today his attitude and tone was over the roof like he owns the store I wanted to buy couple of perfumes but because of him I left all my items at the checkout without buying and went straight to Swiss Arabian to spend my money there , business will lose many regular clients because of this manager at rasasi Deira city center, Dubai.

I have bad experience with this store, the store manager is totally unfriendly. Dealing with the customers in very rude behaviour. Likely not visiting this store any more.

For 10 years I regularly bought white Mesk from Rasasi and for long time they maintained the quality as well as the purchase value .. however in the recent years the quality started to deteriorate while the price kept increasing .. the sad part is customers like me are willing to pay more as long as we get the quality we use to
Today and in the addition to the bad quality, high price the staff were rude and insisted that the packaging which we got for 10 years was never there !!!

Rasasi perfumes are my go-to shop when it to giving gifts to family and friends. Ti bought Qasamat - Rasana & Somow al rasasi Ma'ali smell amazing.
However, some perfumes are always out of stock. (Hawas for Him).

Rasasi is a pretty good brand and their perfumes are also good and smell lasts long, I have been using their Zebra perfume for a while and it is something which I like and the smell also lasts for a long time, the showroom is pretty big and have quite a collection inside, the staff is also great and helpful, there used to be offers now and then and the prices are reasonable at that time for purchasing.
It is located in a corner of the mall and it is the second floor on the way to the pullman hotel entrance from inside the mall, the easy way to reach here is entering parking P3, enter the mall through P3 parking Entrance B ground level, to your right side immediately after entering inside you will get a lift which can take you to mall second floor and once you get outside from the lift the outlet will be on your left side.
Mall Parking is free for 3 hours for customers, the same can be used while visiting here.
