Very cheap quality. Price was not worth it. In a span of 2mos the shoes we purchased was damaged.Take note it wasn't used on daily basis coz my husband has an old shoes which he was using more frequently. What's even disappointing was the very poor customer service and rude staff!!!! After our first visit they contacted us that they cannot do the repair so instead they gave extra insoles which was damaged too!! We spoke to the manager and he told us he'll check personally. After a week they contacted again that the shoes was repaired already and so we collected it from the store. When we checked it was still damaged from the side. I tried to explain to the saleslady but she's implying that we purchased a sale item. That's what irritated me coz they've mentioned the same during our first visit there. Hello its still 325aed that we paid for and it's not worth it. So if it's sale items the quality of your products was very bad?? Never ever again I will purchase from this brand.

Pathetic service and the shoes are useless. Wore the shoe on the first day and the sole of the shoe started to come off. I raised the complaint but they said they cant do anything . I will not recommend anyone for this store. Worst customer service in city center deira. The manager is useless and pathetic

Good products but bad customer service, one the Filipino staff was very arrogant with bad behavior infact all their girls are rude. They keep talking to each other in Tagalog in front of the patient. I haven’t seen anyone of them smiling

Quality seems very low. The shoe I purchased started to show wear and tear (leather peel off) within a month. So surprised to see . I do not recommend this brand . Pls fix the issues

Our first experience with this brand has been very disappointing. New formal shoe purchased for AED. 300/- has not even lasted for a month and has already started detaching from the sole. The shoe is of such low quality and is unworthy of the money spent. We regret choosing your brand and would never recommend to our family/friends.

Please keep a check on the quality of your products before sale.Hope this review will be helpful for someone.

Service is so worst… not at all helpful.. i would suggest people not to buy anything because their customer service is not good and they dont try solve customer’s problem..

Returned from a weeks stay in Castle Cottage and had a fantastic holiday, despite the weather. The cottage was lovely, comfortable, warm and cosy and very well equipped, with everything we needed. It was in a great location, close to the village and not far to walk to a pub in the evening. It has parking right outside. Would definitely recommend.

Spending our 48th wedding anniversary in this lovely area cottage ready comfortable & quercky good base for local tourist spots and ready nice friendly bars serving decent food all of which are dog friendly
