We had our daugter 5th and then 8th birthday celebration there, Thanks a lot the decoration was perfect set up and theme colors were great.

Mira and her friends enjoyed a lot they also liked the magic show

Joana the Receptionist is very friendly and helpful, the place is amazing and the kids loved it. They had so much fun and many activities there. Also they have variety of good for kids and adults. Very nice for birthdays aslo

Really lovely place for kids to play and enjoy. My 2 year old really had a great time and even my 7 year old.

I’m a regular to this place with my toddler. Disappointed today: 30 July 2023. Informed the staff.

Big unruly kids in the toddlers play area with no staff to tell them otherwise. Very unsafe for the toddlers.
Nannies inside the soft play areas with bare feet and nobody to say otherwise.
Kids in the soft play area with shoes on.

The safety and hygiene standards seem to be declining and this is not what I expected from this place. Looks like I have to find another place for my toddler.

I have to say that the place is amazing. Myself and my kid loves cheeky monkeys. However the management needs an overhaul. Being a regular with my kid, simple requests couldn’t be catered to stating some technicality for which I know there’s a way around. Word of the day “It’s okay to think outside the box”. It’ll keep your visitors happy and doesn’t take much. I hope this feedback is taken in a constructive manner. ????????

I used to like the place as I live nearby. However now it's just horrible, poor hygiene, nannies sitting in ball pit with bare feet and people walking in play area with shoes on. The staff doesn't regulate anything and I am pretty sure they stopped sanitizing. My 2 year old got sick just 3 days after coming here. He loves the place but we won't visit again.

My kids love to go there, the play area is huge and there are lot of slide and even trampoline. They have camps during the holidays and my kids keep asking when they will go back ! The only room for improvement is about the food during camps: only nuggets and fries... I would love to have more diverse and healthy options offered.

This place gets worse every time we come. Depleted toys, broken equipment and no care or attention to replace or fix.

It is a good location and lots of space but my daughter was very disappointed today to not be able to use the kitchen at all and to find the shelves empty in the supermarket.

Would literally cost a few hundred dirhams to replace plastic toys but they aren’t willing to invest just collecting money…..
