They don't deliver on time, they don't bother to reply on whatsup n not bothered to update you if they r going to be delayed . Discovery branch is the worst. Wonder if the owners wud read this also.

Cream only at ends and rest is all hills. Very poor.
Jalebi is another sorrow story. Yellow in color!! No taste

When I receive the stuff it was thawed and one can not refreeze it as it looses its good value and taste so I asked the delivery guy why is it not in the cool bag ,he said this is the way we deliver the stuff which is strange they charge so much and deliver without the cool bag so I called the store and the person who answered said we have the cool bag in the delivery van which was not true as I asked the delivery boy to show it to me he said we do not deliver it in a cool bag ,so I had to send all the stuff back as I wanted to used it for New Year’s Eve
They are so rude in spite of being expensive
I would never ever buy anything from REGAL PLUS as their customer service is pathetic they need to educate their staff !!!
