I have had the worst experience in this salon. So far the worse salon Ive been to in dubai, for the hair extensions within not even one week all of it came down and can you believe how rude the staff was to me when I requested to remove the hair and requested to fix it they asked to charge me!!!! The extensions got worse everyday and it was obviously plastic and some of the hairs were red! I had my nails done there too and they also fell the next day????!! Their services are an absolute joke!! I attached one photo for the hair lost in only a few brushing in literally 5 mins!!!!!!

Very excited after getting my desired volume and length.

I recently had the pleasure of getting hair extensions at Regina . The hair dresser who worked on my hair took a time to understand my preference and advised me on the best extensions that would suit my hair type . Thorough out the process she was attentive and professional. I also had done the manicure pedicure with wonderful ladies .
I had received numerous compliments on my new look ???????????? and i couldn't be happier
I will definitely be returning for all my future hair needs
Thank you Regina and ladies for making me look like a million bucks????????????????

Amazing experience with Regina team????????
I had done there hydra facial and got amazing result will definitely try again after a month . I also tried the hair extensions and the quality of hair at that price was amazing . Staff is really friendly and ambiance was chic❤️
Can't wait to return for my next appointment

Very good experience so far. The staffs are so courteous and welcoming. Immaculate saloon and highly professional. Recently did my Mani and Pedi. Recent manicure and pedicure. Additionally, I tested their Hydrafacial. Worth !!! Caused a little amount of redness for a while, but after a few hours the difference was noticeable after just one application. 1 hour of comprehensive treatment. Plan to visit more frequently.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES! I got gelish done from them a week ago and literally 2 days later the polish was peeling off like a peel-off color. They did such a bad job, the polish was bumpy and uneven. I contact them 2 days later with an image that the polish is peeling off and that I’m currently away from the emirates and will be back the following week and they agreed to fix it for me, but when I contacted them after I got back the lady at the reception was super rude and upset cause I was angry and upset how their services damaged my nails and wasted my time and money. And telling me to speak in a professional manner when she’s the one who couldn’t speak professionally at all. When I asked for her name and her manager she wouldn’t tell me and started ignoring me on WhatsApp too.
UPDATE: I called the woman at the reception again to ask for her name and when the manager arrives, she wouldn’t tell me and hung up on my face.

Highly recommend Regina Beauty Salon! Exceptional service provided by nail technicians and the hairstylists
The owner and staff are friendly as well. Most importantly, they use quality products and keep the salon clean at all times. Definitely Worth It! Good Job RBS Team!
