I am putting low rating is because of the cashier!!
Why? If you're working and dealing with customers "GREETINGS & SMILE ON YOUR FACE" is a big factor.
I was paying and I have my 2 kids with me. I am very busy with them and the cashier can see that. He asked me if I needed a plastic bag and I said yes! Then I told him I don't know how many bags I need and I thought someone will assist me since they can see I have my kids.
He just keep looking at me so I started to ask is it me who needs to pack my things since I did not see there is a written sign on the till.
My point it.. Since he is the cashier and why can't he speak up if i needed help? Why can't he inform me that it is a self packing? All in a very nice way...
He is a Pakistani, I guess.
Just wanted to say that even how good the shop is, with a very poor service and staffs doesn't care about customers ???? sadly we will think twice to go back to the store.

I was on the que with 3 items only, she called the next lady who's behind me because she's holding 2 items, then she again call the next one without asking courtesy if she can attend them first.
My point is, all people entering are the same customers, I will understand if she just ask a courtesy to attend them first.
Not because we're the same kabayan she can treat people like that.
