Very lovely experience in this store, one of the BEST in Mirdif city Centre for sure !! Very nice and kind staff and for me special lovely lady Thowiba is the best.
She is very kind and always ready to help with everything.
She knows a lot and you can ask her for everything and she will always answer to you with smile:).
But most important is - that she will always ask you what you need or want- what is comfortable for you and she will never "push" you to the something.... as I experienced in many other Optical stores.

Wonderful office, patient oriented, caring treatment, no matter your age. Dr. Anne is honest and resourceful. Very up to date on technology. She is professional, thorough and completely explains the examination results. Thankful to have a pleasure to meet your team. I had the very best experience and the service was great.

I would like to thank Ms.Ann and her lovely team to fix my broken glasses frame!
They were super friendly and managed to fix my glasses just like new one! (Other places even refused to fix it) Not only that, they offered me alternatives ways for service recovery.
I would highly recommend ;))) great service!!! Thank you ☺️❤️

Nice shop for sunglasses ???? and optical frames. I visited here with my family and purchased Rayban glasses ???? for my sons. Variety of products and almost all big brands are available here. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Wide range of designer eye wear and excellent customer service. Need an eye exam and new eye wear Dr Anna was very professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel very welcome and helped me made excellent eye wear choice. I will be back Insha Allah. Thank you Dr Anna!!!.

Heni, Imtiaz, and Sachin were extremely helpful to help me select my prescription lenses, very approachable and suggested the best lenses. Will definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a prescription lenses and sunglasses. They gave me a good discount more than other stores.

My experience with Rivoli was amazing, specially Anne (the staff) made it even more smooth. She was there to assist us throughout the entire time starting with the eye-test till the selection of eye glasses. Loved the overall experience !
