My second time visiting this branch, it offers various new tech and gaming items at competitive prices. The layout of the store is nice, I liked the ambiance considering the store was not crowded at that time. Staff are available to assist when needed. Very bad experience i wanted to change my phone protection screen which i bought from virgin and they told me at that time that u can change the protection if it was broken and i will pay a small amount, when i came back yesterday they totally denied what they have said also they calmed that its not possible and was not mentioned in there system altho i am 100 percent sure that i saw the sells person inter it before, they didn’t changed it at the end and the sells person keep denying it the one who i came to yesterday his name was jigear I believe that how its written.

Limited items but gave 5 stars because the staff are very friendly and have good knowledge about the products they sell. Very helpful when I need some info before buying dji action

Always exciting to visit a Virgin Megastore. From the latest gadgets, kitchen utensils and books, you could easily spend an hour here and it'd feel like ten minutes.

The customer service agent at the cashier counter was just simply plain rude. Zero sense of customer courtesy. Just going about doing things with the least courtesy or politeness. Virgin needs to train their staff with better communication at the Mirdiff city center branch.
