We visited the store yesterday, March 17th, my wife’s birthday! Mohanad was very professional, knowledgeable and kind! We got the best service and were treated like celebrities! Thank you so much, you made my wife really happy, we had the best experience! Looking forward to working with you again!

Visited Rolex in Dubai Mall. I want to express my deep gratitude to the manager Yuliya.
For her approach to the client, for presenting the Brand, for being creative in the store tour and for telling the story of the Brand.
Yuliya held a demonstration of watch models and told a story about each model. I think this is how a brand manager should be.
I will definitely come back to you.

Went to the flagship store at Dubai Mall. While of course stocks were low like around the world, but the staff was awesome. Chirag was so kind to show us around the entire shop and multiple levels including showing us a movie made to showcase Rolex that can only be seen here. They were very respectful and kind. Someday, I would love to purchase from this AD! Thanks again for the experience.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon and randomly decided to walk into the store to try our luck.
We were approached and greeted by Fadhel and immediately told there was a watch available for purchase. It was an absolute shock that they did not ask us to get into a wait list or to “express your interest” unlike other boutiques / ADs.

Fadhel treated us with the upmost respect and made the watch buying journey an absolute breeze.
Definitely the best wedding and birthday gift!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Rolex boutique and was fortunate enough to have Julia assist me. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the different models and took the time to answer all of my questions. Her friendly demeanor and genuine interest in helping me find the perfect watch made for an excellent experience. The boutique itself is stunning. I highly recommend this location and especially recommend working with Julia for her exceptional service and expertise.

I visited the Dubai Mall Rolex boutique with my husband to collect an absolutely gorgeous and very hard to find watch. This timepiece was especially arranged by Moustafa Ramadan who is an exceptional and customer centric salesperson. He really took the time out to understand what me and my husband require and kept us updated on the watches as and when they became available.

If anyone is visiting the Dubai Mall Rolex boutique so ask for Moustafa’s assistance! He will be sure to take care of you. Five stars for the service, knowledge and care!
