Had a great weekend with the family. Amazing staff at the reception welcomed us.
We availed the free stay after buying Dubai Parks tickets. The room was given to us late but they moved our checkout late as well.
They also offered free shuttle bus to parks and to ibn mall. This is the best since taxi drivers aren't happy if you will be going to nearby places only. I suggest you also have schedule going to outlet village.

They have free filtered water available at the lobby, free ice each floor. Gaming area is nice.

Cons: The place is isolated and best if you have your own car. if you need some groceries, might as well bring it with you. Food delivery is limited so book with breakfast lunch dinner. Again, even if you want to go to nearby mall via taxi, they will ask you to walk under scorching sun since they only want long distance passengers.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and we have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we was blown away by the level of service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is stunning - from the beautifully designed rooms to the elegant common areas, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. And the food...oh my goodness, the food! The hotel's breakfast buffet offers some of the best breakfast we've ever had. Whether you're staying at the hotel or just looking for a delicious meal, the restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience, this is the place to go.

The location is very close to the parks, the services they are providing are very convenient for the residents there, they have most of the services that meet family and kids requirements. However, the room service that we are asking take long time and the hotel restaurant close at 10 pm. And if they put more shuttle services that would be great.
Talabat doesn't come to the area and most of the time they cancel the order due to far destination. Other than that everything else was amazing

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible, thanks to the amazing service provided by the entire staff, and shout out to Salman????????. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met. Their exceptional level of attentiveness and helpfulness made our stay truly overwhelming in the best possible way. We were treated like VIPs throughout our entire visit, and their warm and friendly nature made us feel right at home. We can't thank them enough for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. We're already looking forward to our next visit to experience their outstanding service again. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rove the park Hotel for one night and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby throughout the night. The bathroom was also spotless and well-stocked with fluffy towels and high-quality toiletries.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant, which served up some of the most delicious food I've ever tasted. The menu was diverse, with plenty of options to suit all tastes, and the service was impeccable.

Overall, I would highly recommend Rove Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. The staff, facilities, and amenities were all top-notch, and I can't wait to return for another visit. It is a fantastic hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are very clean and well-maintained. It is great for families. There are baby changing stations in all of the bathrooms, which I really appreciated, as well as a baby crib, a high chair and some toys (a few toy trains & more). The rooms are large and comfortable.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was always helpful. The location was perfect for us because we like to walk around and enjoy the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Best Overall Experience in a Hotel.. Staffs are all friendly and they will make you feel welcome. Starting from front desk (Shoutout to Tarun for being so informative and top class customer support) until to their floor manager which i didn't get the name.. The staffs are well trained, polite and courteous.. Five star facilities with amazing entertainment/family area that you can play and interact with other guests 24/7.. Place is very clean, rooms as well.. Highly recommended... The location is perfect minutes away from attractions. Been in Rove Hotel before and they maintain a top notch standard in everything.. Thank you so much and will be back soon for more Rove Hotel experience.

Stay and service was awesome. Rooms were impeccably clean. Pool was amazing. Ice lollies were a surprise. Kids loved the place. Salman was so helpful with pleasing manners and won our hearts. Shabeeb at the reception ensured we got connecting rooms. Recommended for families. Will definitely come back again.
