I’m currently staying at your hotel and I just wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from your staff, especially Mr.Ahmed from reception.

From the moment I arrived, Ahmed made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. He was always there to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations.

The hotel itself is wonderful too - the rooms are clean and well-appointed, and the amenities are great.

Overall, my stay at your hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be recommending your hotel to friends and family.

Rove City Centre is one of my go-to places for various reasons. The hotel is well-located, the rooms are comfortable and they have great amenities. I also like to come here when I need to get some work done. I would spend hours at The Daily enjoying good food and good service. Special mention to Rodica and her upbeat and energetic demeanor whenever she is around.

We stayed for 3 days in Rove Hotel and we had incredible experience there. Since we called them for reservation until check out we had best customer service also. This hotel is only 3 star but this hotel should be a 5 star hotel. Rove Hotel is an eco friendly, urban style hotel. The hotel and the room is very tidy and the bathroom also very clean. They have big lobby area also. We are highly recommend Rove Hotel. And we will come back to have that incredible experience.

I recently stayed at Rove City Center and had an absolutely enjoyable experience. The hotel was fantastic, with spacious and well-appointed rooms, top-notch amenities, and a perfect location in the heart of the city.

But what really made my stay special was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist named Ahmed. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, always available to answer any questions I had and make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Ahmed's attention to detail and personalized service really made me feel valued as a guest, and his recommendations for local restaurants and attractions were spot-on.

Overall, I would highly recommend Rove City Center to anyone looking for an enjoyable and memorable stay in the city. And a big thank you to Ahmed for his excellent service - he truly went above and beyond to make my stay a wonderful experience.

My breakfast experience in Rove City Center was amazing. All the team are perfect but Japneet is delivered wonderful services with her kind smile and she is very active to deliver to you what you want before you ask because she knew what you like from yesterday. For sure I will repeat my experience with Rove Hotel.

Very close to the Metro station and Deira City Center shopping mall, approx. 4 min walk. Easy with taxi that is always standing outside. They have a travel desk that helps book various tours and attractions. They have a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, Dubai Mall and the beach, etc. The location is perfect. Not in the middle of the hustle and bustle but still close to everything. Very friendly and service oriented staff. Super satisfied with the service. There is a pool, games room, a small grocery store and DIY laundry room at the hotel. And the best thing about this hotel is that they had 24/7 free drinking water!

Great hotel to stay at with excellent staff most importantly Elvis at the front desk. He remembered us when we came back as well as took care of us as if we were family. Great job ROVE as my experience has been great compared to other hotels I stayed at.
