The seats are very comfortable and have the option of reclining. The price for the tickets is very reasonable at around 50-80 AED if you have a Fazaa card.
Service is great with very friendly servers.

When i arrived, i found out that i made a mistake with the booking timings and the movie show time was over. However, Mr Abdulla at the ticket office have supported me beautifully and elegantly, easily modified my tickets to the nearest possible showtime with the same experience and seat’s selection, Great professionalism at the right time and place. Thank you so much.

Really great cinema, visited the platinum theater. Many food choices and desserts. The recliner seat is just perfect and comfortable, sound system was spot on and cooling was good.

Had a very relaxing experience. Ordered food from my seat (via mobile) and it was delivered. Dolby ATMOS Sound system was awesome too. Will go back.

Not clean food will hurt your stomach, I ordered hot dog and popcorn nuggets.

I went with my wife to the 7* cinema

It was so clean and modern, thanks to Abdullah, Ahmed and also the Philippina waitress lady (sorry didnt manage to get ur name) at the night shift..they gave us a brief on how to operate the seats, how to call for assistant and food orders , explained all the aspects that the cinema offers.

The food was so yummy and came hot,on time

We will def come again

One of the best Cinemas in Dubai! The service is great, sound system is amazing, and the screen size/quality are all top notch. We ordered our nachos with Pulled meat at the counter and the guys brought it to us in our reclining seats that has a wireless charging point for your phone and a button to warm up the seat!

Amazing seats, reclinable, very comfy, it also has a tray for your foods/snacks. I’ve only tried the salted popcorn so I can’t say much about the snacks.
