I’ve been a member in the gym since 2020, I love the staff but the gym for women is horrible, the AC in the women’s section hasn’t been working for 2 months, every summer the same issue occurs and they still haven’t resolved it. I feel like I’m working out in a sauna and despite people continuous complaining they didn’t expedite fixing it. We are in mid summer.

To top it all off today I came to the gym to see vomit on the floor cause one girl felt so bad working in a humid hot gym and I don’t blame her.

There isn’t anyone willing to continue working out in a gym of these conditions and it’s not like the gym has an special equipment it’s so basic and if you ask me, the machines are lacking in the women’s side.

They charge membership fees like the top gyms in the city yet they don’t even have the right environment for clients.

Great gym overall compared to other gyms in the area. However the air conditioning in the ladies section hasn’t been working since 2 months. It feels like you’re training outside in this heat. Even after members complaining the staff say that it will be fixed but its still the same. I’ve been a member for 2yrs and every summer the a/c does not work. It is very disappointing since you’re signing up for a higher end membership for poor service.

Hands down this is one of the best gyms I have been in 6 years of my life. Been a loyal customer of Fitness First for more than 6 years, I was hesitant to try a new place. Coming to this branch, I shall be extremely honest- this place is super hygienic, the music is really good and the equipments are world class. Not to forget the team that handles this branch especially Nissi and Rachel who made my sail smooth in joining the gym, this place is a must go to gym for anyone who is looking to up their game. Keep up the good work guys ????

I would like to make a note that if your members get annoyed by someone using the weightlifting platform for the purpose of Olympic weightlifting then you shouldn’t have it made available in the gym. These wooden platforms are made specifically for these lifts regardless of whether you fail or make the rep.
I would like to make a note that any member that has a complaint regarding the correct use of the platform (dropping the weight/bar) should be educated on the sport or respectfully wear headphones if the sound is causing a nuisance to them.
I would also like to make a note that the sole reason I joined the gym is because of the availability of this platform, hence I would not be apologetic for practicing my sport on it.

Rahaf has a unique way of making each session challenging yet enjoyable and her dedication to helping the clients is truly commendable. Very respectful and would definitely recommend anyone to choose her as a PT to achieve their fitness goals. The gym on the whole is excellent. ????????????????????

I think the gym is fine. It has a lot of machines but very little machines for back, which is disappointing considering the amount of machines present. The dumbbells are also very weird, the small dumbbells grip handle is huge and just feels uncomfortable to hold. Also, the benches are tiny, I'm 6'0 and my head almost sticks out when I lay on the bench. The environment of the gym is fairly nice, friendly and approachable staff but honestly for the amount you pay there are other gyms out there with better value.

One of the best gym’s I’ve trained at, it’s calm depends on the time, as well as it’s very clean which is perfect. Nice staff, Jay and Giselle are very friendly too. I hope my friend Jay can stay in Al Khawaneej branch.

Favorite gym! I’ve been coming regularly since more than 6 months with personal trainer Rahaf, she’s the best at helping you achieve your goals with the pace that makes you feel comfortable, she’s super lovely, i feel like I’m going to train with a friend❤️! She’s highly recommended????
