Sent my Bentley just to get a quote for service, it took them a month and until now there’s nothing, they said there’s no registration papers then after that I tried calling and messaging but no reply. The Bentley was parked outside for that whole month. It probably needs even more service now than when I first dropped it off. Extremely disappointed with the service. Then when I went to pick up the car they kept saying they didn’t take any Bentley from me and it’s not there and I had to wait an hour for them to find the car and I had to show proof through messaging that I dropped off the car.
Extremely disappointed with the service I wish I could give less than 1 star

I'll tell you how it all started. bought an Infinity Q50 hybrid car and got insurance in their service. I got a chassis control error. the car was driven into the garage on February 13, 2023, they promised to identify the problem in a day. On February 16, 2023, I took my car back because they could not find the error and they also said that this was not a warranty case. in the end, I left to solve my problem in another service where they found the cause in 10 minutes. they just don't care about your car. I will not recommend this service to any of my Russian-speaking friends. the comments that they have are fake I will attach a photo of my problem and left with my mistake.

Prices very high and they always try charging for extra things that do not need doing. I brought my car here as my warranty/ service plan is with them. They tried charging me 15400 AED for all the work needed. I took my car to another garage for a second opinion and they completed the work for 7000!! Do not waste your time with this garage.

Please be considerate with other businesses and not take up all the parking spaces. Everytime we have to call your people to move your cars on our parking space and no one seem to care. Very professional indeed ????

Its rare I will post a negative review however this is the Worst Service Ever! would seriously question the rating of this business and if indeed their positive reviews are real.

I warn anyone not to be lured by this place and WARNING DO NOT purchase extended warranty with this garage.

I have a Maserati which needed and AC repair and after being held for 3 weeks waiting for a part the car was returned with multiple issues. Permenant check engine light sign, knocking sound on the steering and multiple sensor failures. No idea how this is even possible!?

Since this time, we would repeatedly take the car and then follow up I'd be told the car would be ready the next day as was out for test drive after repair, only to be told the next day it would be the following day, and so on it went for weeks and weeks each time. In the past 10 months this car has been with this garage for over 4 months and they still cannot diagnose the issues...issues that were created in their possession!

The staff ignore calls, fail to provide any technical reports. They do no perform standard diagnostic testing. And keep insisting to repeatedly replace parts that dont need replacing at up to 4 times the cost of what you would be charged outside, while they continue to guess what the issues are.

After days/weeks of ignoring you they would suddenly claim to discover the issue for a part was broke which wasn't available so they needed to order in. When the part came it would be a used part, and they advise the warantee doesnt cover new parts in the first instance and they only use new parts if the used parts fail! (However they do charge the used parts at full price). And in all cases the error was never fixed.

Good luck trying to speak to any manager as aparently there is no manager. And every month the staff turnover and you find yourself repeating the issue and history to some new guy.

Reading other feedback with people having similar experiences, it appears this a game to extract money from customers.

Great service ! I got the car in time ! Staff very friendly and replied fast! I collected the car cleaned as well and all service well done !

I visited the center to avail the extended warranty. To be honest and from what I face, service advisor takes a lot of time to check and provide the quotation and with higher price, basically they want to change any parts of the car. So you will end up paying the parts, labour and warranty extension which doesn’t make any sense. They provided me with the report, and get the car to the dealer to verify and check. Guess what?, dealer waved most of the report and told these parts no need to change. So, how the center claim it needs to be changed? Did they do proper check? Big question mark. In fact, they tool approximately 2 days to provide the report. Time management is very poor. So you think if you want to deal with them or not?

Very scenic area, steeped in history, the castle ramparts are particularly impressive, good area for birdwatching, with a lake and hide
