Went as a service contract. They don't even provide any service report. Just knowing that we are waiting, will delay and later ask washing will take time.

Poor service.

I have bad bad bad experience in this workshop.. bad customer service.. They are not honest and did not fix the vehicle as required..

Very bad service. I don't understand why people bring their car there. Stuff friendly lier, but service badest service I ever had ! By the way this garage has NOTHING to do with Swiss or German garage. There's nothing German! Absolutely NOTHING! Unreliable to the fullest !

Ahmed Abdelaziz is very helpful and the team in general is responsive and supportive.
Although their quotations are very expensive, I still recommend them
