One star review - not cause they ran out of chocolate (literally all of it!) but because they can’t even put up a sign that they are out...

I received Royce chocolates as a gift a few times, always wanted to get some but never managed to go to the shop. I discovered today that they deliver and ordered, my family are coming back from a long trip away in the morning so I needed the chocolates asap. I called around 7 to ask for delivery and they said the delivery team finish work at 7. I really needed the chocolate for before them getting back and they were very kind enough to come all the way to deliver it even after the delivery team has finished. The portable card machine was not available and the one plugged in did not work so they were very nice in giving me the chocolates and accepting to be paid the next day.

I know this is very long and detailed but I have not received service as kind and amazing as this for a very long time. I honestly am forever grateful as they did me two favours, by delivering it when it was not possible and keeping the chocolates with me and trusting me to pay later. I know this review is the least I can do. The chocolates taste amazing FYI too. I think everyone should try them out.

Thank you for your amazing service. I am forever grateful and will be a loyal customer from now on!!!

PS: the sunset mall branch is closed, they are in city walk and dubai mall now and they have just recently launched their online delivery.

have seen multiple non-professional places all around dubai with incompetent people behind it.

But honestly I never seen a place beats them all like Royce. I can't express how dum they are. Sometimes I wonder how the original brand can handle their name to such rookies who doesn't know basics of marketing. All what these rookies doing is basically ruining the brand name by such practices

They open their qiosk and put an employee the whole day long, just to tell any visitor to their qiosk that they are out of stock of EVERYTHING! Yes you heard me right. EVERYTHING

If you are completely out of stock, close the shop. it is better to put up a sign that you are out of stock rather than opening the whole day long & putting an employee to say it to the visitors. Specially if you are going to be out of stock for long time. I went there multiple times in different days with decent gap between them. They are always out of stock of EVERYTHING.

Sometimes I'm wondering how Dubai Mall allow such qiosks open without follow up on what they are doing.

I suggest to the owner, close the qiosk YOU ARE NOT COMPETENT.

I was stopping in the area for the first time and this shop caught my eye. I was overwhelmed with all the deliciousness that filled the counters. The service was awesome. I ordered a few things and they were so amazing, rich, creamy...to die for. I wish I live nearby this shop so that I could frequently visit this shop.

I went kayaking here for half term, would recommend for anyone that is beginning whitewater to get the practice or just to have fun swimming or paddle boarding. Also the only good place around here.
