Very helpful staff, good eye and good taste. One stop shop for men's suits. Tailor on site. Nicely laid out shop, fitting rooms and seats to rest!

Came today to sacoor and Sami was more than amazing the he greets the way he speaks and respect just made me buy a lot of things. Thanks Sami for your cheerful personality that just made my day will come back again and again

Mira that works in the Dubai Marina mall branch is professional and friendly. Although the store was busy with customers and she was on her own. She handled all the customers in a very professional polite way. Well done to her.

Poor tailoring & horrendous customer service.

Returned my suit because the tailor couldn’t get the fitment right after 2 attempts and I have still not received my refund even though it has pass their 15 working day refund policy and they are hopeless in getting a response from them as to when they will refund.

Nice designs and great designer feel to their clothing l, would have rated more but due to the poor / low quality tailoring on several outfits I purchased I would rate them a 2.5 out of5.

By poor tailoring I mean loose buttons, loose hemmings, ripped or loose joints. Plus for value for money considering all this? No!

Worst service ever from the time we visited. A lady called Marta was not helpful and she asked us not to visit again. We have been purchasing a lot from Sacoor and completely shocked to see this kind of behavior from her. Needed to alter a trouser and she just made it so complicated!!! Never visiting this store again!!!

Ordered suits. Two were in the store and one was to be shipped from Abu Dhabi and tailored. Three weeks later I picked up two suits which were in store. Almost 2 months later - no 3rd suit and no responses from management to solve this issue. Very disappointing.

I bought winter coat. There was no stock in this shop. Manager has contacted other shop and delivered it to my hotel. Very kind and professional service.
