Most of the 5 stars, obviously are fans from money kicks. I've been to this company before and oh boy. This is such an embarrassment. I hope Saif improves his PR and ops because this isn't looking good in terms of work standards.

Avoid this car park . NCP
Is not secured, I’ve find 5 cars on one level with the front window smashed ( Pictures )
Please read the others reviews , you can see it is happening every day for months and no one is doing nothing to stop this crime .

Possibly one of the worst multi storey car parks in the UK. In all my years of driving I have never seen a POTHOLE within a multi storey carpark. Very small parking bays with faded or no markings. On exiting my car the smell of urine throughout the car park and staircase over powering. Empty lager cans, general litter and drug paraphernalia in the stairwell. No call or help points. Poor lighting. Payment machine not working at the time of my visit, with no assistance button for help. Generally a pitiful excuse for a car park. Those running and managing this carpark should be ashamed.

This is not an NCP car park! I didn't pay because it is not safe in there at night with all the dossers and druggies hanging about. The state of the walkways and stairs is unbelievable. I phoned NCP and the do not own it. I think it is Your Parking Space. I now have to try to pay before I get a penalty notice. There are lots of other nice car parks further along the main road.
It does not deserve one star.

Very expensive to park, £10+ for just a few hours. The elevator wasn't working but there were no warning signs to alert users of this before they parked, nor were there signs at the elevators.

I always park my car in the Centrale Car Park but It was closed in Wednesday the 17 August. I decided to park in NCP Car Park Croydon Central. I wish I didn’t. It’s Very poor quality, filthy, VERY overpriced. Apart from urine smelling stairs and lifts that do not work.
I personally wouldn't park here AGAIN or advise anyone to park here.

Cheap car park in a good location.

It’s very dirty in the hall ways/ corridors. The machine to pay for your parking is incredibly dirty & the machine itself is very slow. There is an app & would recommend using this instead.

15 smashed windows in 2 weeks. Don’t believe what they advertise. Security does not exist. Cost me £280 to repair my window. Your parking space said it was not there and I have no evidence that the window was smashed there. It’s a joke! Save your money.

Parked from 7.45am-5pm and paid £3.20. Only positive as car park smelled of urine, noticed broken glass in bay as if somones windows had been smashed. Didn't get an overall feeling that car was safe as car park very derelict
