I am a customer ever since this restaurant opened its branch Lebanon. The restaurant is very clean, welcoming and ambient. The staff are presentable and friendly. The restaurants serves a very high quality of food. The owners of the restaurant always make sure to get the best quality raw material, they are even suppliers of certain seafood items in the whole country. The food is very good, the flavors and combinations are amazing. I tried the crispy crab salad, crispy salmon salad, sashimi, eel sushi.. all are amazing.. I am writing this review for the only items I have tried so far.

We had poke bowl and salmon dish. The food was amazing. The poke bowl was served sea weed instead of salad as it is conventionally served. This brought new flavors in salmon with the creamy mixture. I think this is the first time I tried this type of poke bowl and enjoyed it very much. The salmon was well cooked, no smell, it was served with salsa and no rice.

Very good bistro serving fresh sushi and dishes.
Salads, soup , sushi, sashimi and other seafood / non seafood dishes.
We had a business lunch for AED99 which consisted of soup/or salad, 3 types of sushi and drink/water. The food was good and value for money was in place. The seaweed salad was refreshing.

Salmontini is the best place for us to have sushi since more than 8 years. We tried this branch for the first time we chose the open sushi formula all you can eat. The first thing is they bring you small plates half portion from everything you order which is fine. The surprise was the fish wasn’t fresh if had very strong smell. The tuna was so dark as you can see in the photo we informed the manager he said oh I will make sure to tell your feedback to the chef. That’s it. And we ordered the cheese cake as he recommended it to receive it also not fresh and it was really really bad we asked for the bill and left. Even we told the waitress about the cheese cake she said oh sorry you didn’t like it. The place location and decoration are really nice it’s so bad the the food is not Salmontini it was like any food court sushi.

Best place to get quality salmon dishes. From freshly cut to oven baked or grilled, Salmontini has the right dishes for any salmon lover.

The food tastes well. The service (she forgot my eel nigiri; and brought steamed rice for rice on the for sushi) and the food preparation (there is no need to cut nigiri in 2 pieces even if they don’t fit on the plate, a bigger plate is the solution…) can be enhanced. The sashimi was excellent but extremely cold in the middle inside.

The place is very cozy and homey. You get this relaxing feeling not just because of the ambience but also because of the accomodating staff. Definitely a must try! ????

We had a business lunch in Salmontini. I had sushi and miso soup. The food was OK. Nothing to complain nor impressed.
