No one responds to the calls or not even able to connect the operator.

Went for a very urgent work to this branch and the reception service was very poor and no one answered the phone in the bank before we left the house and at the reception as well as if it was a non working day.It was a pure waste of time and bad experience.

They need to mention it's a corporate office so as to not waste time of the general public

There is only ATM not representative office.
You can find the sbi representative office near Burjuman-2 Metro station. Beside Ajman ATM,1st floor in the building.

NRE service location changed but not informed the customers. No official lunch break still no officers are available for customers for an hour.
