I bought a pair of converse several weeks ago. They were great, and the lady told me they were genuine. The first time after I wore them, I noticed a smudge in the logo.

I dismissed it, thinking it was just my eyes, until I wore them again and the logo smudged worse. I took it to the store and explained my problem but they refused to change it without a receipt, which I had forgotten.

The day after I went again with the receipt and they denied that they would change the shoes, despite it being their fault, saying I must have 'worn them in'. Do not buy anything from this store, their service and products are awful, and I am so incredibly disappointed after being scammed by them. My money is wasted and the shoes are too.

They have better variety of woolen and old suitcases compared Ukay Ukay near al safa metro station , I came here thinking it is a biggest one , so it may be very different than others , but honestly there is no remarkable difference ,
Whenever I go to orphanage I pick some nice clothes for children from here they get super happy because once you iron the clothes it is as good as clothes purchased from the mall .
If u want bundles to be opened on weekend , they will open for u , otherwise on weekdays also u can open bundles , but staff forces u to buy more , and I think that is quite rude as only at al nadha this kind of rudeness is shown .I am attaching image of a top that I got from here ( before after ironing )

I heard about Sam's Store that it is cheap in prices, but when I went there Yesterday the prices were very high in terms of Ukay Ukay. It should be less in price so that everyone can purchase it. And over there I saw a different section which they called it Vintage section. Like one of the T-shirts of Harley Davidson brand and they put it on 45 Aed. But The means of Ukay Ukay is the cheaper price and I saw some second hand Jackets worth of 550 Aed. Who in the right mind will purchase second hand Jackets in 550 Aed. So Not worth it to go there and purchase.

Omg???? very expensive used clothes 25aed kg but in other used clothes shop have branded and quality clothes just in 15aed kg or 18aed kg

Huge variety of used stuff (second hand cloths both for male, female as well as for kids).
Staff is really helping.
Ground floor contain price tagged cloths and shoes whereas from first floor one can buy goods as per the weight.

Just wanted to share my experience with this branch ,i bought a small lamp here and of course since its an electric lamp,i have to test it out,at the time of purchase the light was working but the next day when i tried to turn it on, it wasnt working .the very same day i went to return the item.the owner ,outright said that its no return no exchange- they don't even have a policy posted on.,I find it ridiculous, how come they are insisting me to keep the item which is clearly defective .i told him that i am returning it since its not working and this guy, has the audacity to tell me that I burned this lamp's light . Like intentionally broke it????,I made a purchase of about 200+ dhs the day before and this lamp is 20 dhs. Buy clothes here but nothing else .I am surprise and shocked how the owner of this place behaves and the way he personally handle customer complain. Worst of its kind.
