I missed my bus this morning, the 8A into Canterbury, as I was walking towards the bus stop the bus was going past. This bus driver pulled over in a side road to pick me up from the rain! This bus was at 10:22 am! I don’t remember his name but big props to him! Thank you ????

Terrible terrible service for school children from village locations. Someone needs to get hold of the situation and get sorted stranding 30 children with 3 buses driving past and not stopping etc shocking service. Judging from your twitter you cannot provide the service you are tasked with running!

fantastic service and support from the lads in the control centre at Eddington Lane Herne Bay last evening. They were superb in locating my wife's friend's handbag(left on a Triangle Bus) which included her car keys, house keys, credit cards etc
They located the bag on an operational service and made immediate plans for its return.

Stagecoach have been fantastic in locating my son's phone that he left on the school bus. Even before they finally found it, communication was excellent and so friendly. They were fabulous!

Just got on the bus and i was just about to pay for a adult all day explore and the guy ask my age im 18 and he said that i could get an under 19 day rider for 5 pounders instead of paying 7.70 and brilliant customer service if u ask me ????
